“Do I need my jacket?” thought Alex out loud, as we headed out to catch last light at Golding.
“Up to you mate… I don’t think so.” I said as we both looked to Kim for confirmation.
“Yeah, I think you should grab it!” She said.
So Alex raced back inside as we continued towards the field, and the sun began to disappear. He rejoined us, jacket half on, as we bolted up the hill to catch the last few rays. We just made it….then shared some laughs, as Alex got rid of the jacket anyway, and rolled up his sleeves to basque in the first moments of tranquility he’d been afforded all day, with his new wife, to take it all in… Then it was party time.
